*Minimum 1 years supervisory retail experience essential, ideally incorporating ladies fashion
*The role involves providing excellent customer care in a busy charity shop, stock preparation and productivity, recruiting, training and motivating Volunteers, paperwork, household duties, working to achieve targets, and all aspects of running the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager
*You must have a flair for merchandising and window dressing, drive and passion for the role, be honest and reliable, have ambition to succeed and show how you can make a difference, with excellent customer service
*If you are a people person and individual who can work on their own too, who wants to be part of a forward thinking team then this could be the role for you
*Ability to drive and use of a car is essential for meetings and additional cover in other locations when required
