37.5 hrs per week, over 5 days, to include some weekends (job share considered)

Our Totnes Shop is hugely successful. With its quirky and unique feel featuring our Ella's Vintage concession, it has established itself as a destination shop when visiting the wonderful town of Totnes.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role you will need previous fashion retail experience, and a thorough knowledge of fashion brands, styles and trends is paramount to this role, enabling you to create an exciting and vibrant environment.


Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will play an integral role helping the Manager to maximise sales, train and nurture our amazing volunteers, and create an exceptional retail experience for our customers. You'll have a passion for all things retail, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. No day is the same, but we are confident that you will love being part of our successful retail team.
