Overview
We are seeking a skilled Deputy Stage Manager to join our theatre production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of performances and rehearsals.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the DSM role during rehearsals and performances.( you will be required to use Qlab to trigger all Music and Sound effects- the tracks and sound effects will be built in Qlab prior to rehearsals-some editing maybe required during rehearsals and the production dates)
- Work closely with directors, performers, and technical teams to ensure seamless production.
- Create and maintain detailed show reports, cue sheets, and schedules.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

Requirements
- Experience in Deputy stage management or related field is essential.
- Proficiency in coordinating live performances.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various production team members.
- Ability to educate and guide performers and crew effectively.
- Knowledge of theatre operations, including basic lighting, sound, and set design cue calling
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month
