What You'll Do



As Deputy Venue Manager, you'll assist the Venue Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our beautiful venues. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Support:

Be the main point of contact in the absence of the Venue Manager, leading by example and training staff to deliver exceptional service.

Couple Engagement:

Support planning meetings, show rounds, and client communication, ensuring a seamless experience for couples from start to finish.

Wedding Sales:

Act as a key support for the Sales Manager, taking a keen interest in wedding sales and helping to maximise booking opportunities.

Administrative Duties:

Generate and amend invoices, produce accurate running orders, and ensure accommodation sales are maximized.

Event Support:

Assist with Open Days, Dinner Date evenings, upselling opportunities, and ensuring smooth event execution.

Brand Representation:

Act as a brand ambassador for Country House Weddings, promoting consistency across communication and assisting with social media and marketing tasks.

Health & Safety:

Maintain a safe environment, including administering First Aid when needed and keeping up-to-date with documentation such as fire and accident reports.

Experience & Commitment



Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).

A full-time, permanent role that requires flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic wedding schedule.
