Job Description

Priory Hospital Bristol has 77 beds over seven wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon's and Dementia

We're seeking a motivated, flexible, and personable Deputy Ward Manager to support our Adult PICU. You'll assist the Ward Manager and MDT, act as a visible role model for the nursing team, and ensure high standards of care and ward management.



In this dynamic role, you'll help lead and support staff, meet the diverse psychological and therapeutic needs of service users, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.



Requirements:



Experience in inpatient mental health and PICU settings

Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Complaint management experience

Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn

Flexible with a positive, team-focused attitude
