Defnyddio meddalwedd cyfrifiadurol i checio gwesteion i fewn ac allan. Derbyn galwadau ffon yn broffesiynol. Ymdrin a cheisiadau gwesteion yn brydlon a chyfeillgar. Sicrhau bod y dderbynfa'n daclus a threfnus.
The Hotel Portmeirion and Castell Deudraeth are two 4 star hotels located in the picturesque village of Portmeirion. Applications are now invited for the role of

RECEPTIONIST

to provide a friendly and efficient service on the Hotel Portmeirion/Castell Deudraeth welcome desks. Bilingual skills (Welsh-English) are essential for this role.

This is a full time role (40 hours per week), shift patterns as follows - 7.30am - 3.30pm and 2.30pm - 10.30pm, any 5 days out of 7. Summary of duties as follows -

Check guests in and out using the property management system. Manage phone enquiries professionally. Fulfil guest requests in a timely manner. Ensure that the front desk is kept clean and tidy.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
