We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Receptionist and Housekeeping staff live in/live out available to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service at the front desk while ensuring the hotel maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests, managing reservations and inquiries.
Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests.
Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, reception area, and public restrooms.
Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and common areas.
Assist with light maintenance and restocking of laundry supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
