What You'll Do



Be responsible for the administration tasks of a busy design department. Maintain and manage documentation for the department. Use the internal MRP system to upload BOMs and COTs parts. Manage the internal project management system, ensuring tasks are complete and added correctly. Complete Engineer's time sheets (enter on project cost log weekly). Maintain the standards index. Completing the annual checks and updating the Design outlook calendar accordingly. Process change notes and complete minor updates to build manuals and drawings. Apply for NSN's. Manage obsolescent components and inform relevant parties of component becoming obsolete. General file management & control.

What You Need to Have



A can do, positive attitude Experience in a similar role (ideally in an engineering team) Care in how you approach your work and how you treat your colleagues. The ability to read and understand complex documentation (guidance will be provided) Self-motivation Excellent attention to detail. Driving License or ability to get to rural location.

What You Need to Be



A nice person - an absolute must! Good team player. Able to work unsupervised and meet set deadlines. A clear communicator with great organisation skills.
