Basic salary 24,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. Rising to 25,000 per annum upon successful completion of 6-month probationary period.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week - Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch (alternative working patterns available)

AI Global Media is a Burton-upon-Trent-based B2B digital media group, looking for a Design and Production Co-Ordinator to join our production team. The role will suit someone who has some Adobe photoshop and Illustrator skills and has good planning and organisational skills, as the role will require ordering and sending out a high volume of trophies.

The role of the Design and Production Co-Ordinator is to design and deliver our digital and physical products to the client and will report to our Operations Manager. This typically consists of laying out the artwork proofs, emailing proofs to the customer and making any changes requested from the client until approval/sign off is obtained for order placement. The role will also mean dealing directly with our trophy supplier, ensuring trophies are ordered in a timely manner and are delivered back to us in a high standard within an approved timeline. The Design and Production Co-Ordinator will need to ensure this process is managed well so our customers receive a great service, including ordering replacements where necessary.

Key duties:



Laying out of proofs and supplying final and ready to use design files to clients Co-ordinating with clients via email/phone Ordering of, packing of and despatching of trophies Co-ordinating directly with our trophy suppliers Delivering a high level of customer care and focus through all activities and communications Supporting the team to ensure targets are achieved, assisting with packing items and completing weekly production report

Key skills required:



Adobe Illustrator experience (ideally 1 year minimum) Adobe Photoshop experience (ideally 1 year minimum) Adobe InDesign experience desirable but not essential Experience with Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel, Outlook and Word) Strong communication and writing skills Strong organisation skills A keen eye for detail The ability to adhere to deadlines
