Join Our Growing Team as a Design Assistant
We are looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Design Assistant
to join our busy fitted furniture showroom onFinchley Road
, with the potential to work a couple of days per week at ourHatch End showroom
.In this role, you'll work closely with our Designers to prepare
room, and bespoke fitted furniture plans
for client presentations. You'll also play a key role in supporting thedesign and sales team
by scheduling appointments and ensuring our showroom always looks its best.Key Responsibilities
Assist Designers in preparing room layouts and shop drawings for client projects Liaise with clients by phone to arrange design appointments. Help maintain the showroom's appearance and presentation Provide general administrative support to the design and sales team
We'll provide full training, but you'll ideally bring:
Confidence working with numbers and measurements Previous experience using CAD software (highly beneficial) Excellent communication and organisational skills A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in interiors and design The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Working Hours
Full-time, Permanent
position (5 days per week, includingSaturdays
)Showroom hours:
10:00 am - 5:00 pmDays off:
Sundays and one other weekdaySalary & Benefits
23,000 per year
