Job Description
A super opportunity has been newly created for a Design Coordinator with a high level of attention to detail and passion for quality projects to join a specialist fit-out contractor in London.
As the Design Coordinator you will work across a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible ensuring quality design and delivery of the project. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of design production through an in-house team and external consultants when necessary
- Monitoring design budget and costs
- Management of design team meetings to deliver to programme and generate technical solutions as required
- Oversight of design compliance as required
Applicants for this Design Coordinator position will:
- Demonstrate an Architecture background
- Be experienced in a lead consultant or design coordination position
- Have a track record of working on high-quality projects from Stage 3 to completion
- Possess excellent technical knowledge with a proven ability to manage design teams and sub-contractors accordingly
- Have excellent communication skills
My client is a specialist fit-out contractor with an impressive track record of high-quality projects in luxury residential and hospitality projects across the UK and Internationally. They offer a great environment to work with like-minded individuals looking to deliver some of the highest quality, luxury projects. Owing to continued growth and project wins this is a newly created position for a Design Coordinator to join in the London team.
The offer to the successful candidate will be a salary between \xc2\xa345,000-\xc2\xa355,000 (depending on experience) plus travel expenses and benefits including enhanced pension, health plan, career development plans, and a holiday buy/sell scheme. Some WFH is on offer as well although the role is primarily site based.
