Summary

'Student Intern' position at Starel offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring designers and digital enthusiasts to gain hands-on experience in the tile flooring industry. Based in Woolston, this role supports our creative team in various design projects, contributing to our company's growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

Assist in digital design projects related to tile flooring products. Support the team with SketchUp and CAD drawings. Contribute to web and graphic design tasks. Help prepare visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Collaborate with the marketing team on photography and visual branding. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions. Maintain organized files of design assets. Support other duties as assigned to enhance project development.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant field such as graphic design, digital media, or architecture. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Suite. Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD, and web design basics. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for learning about tile flooring industry trends. Prior experience with photography or Maya is a plus but not required.
