The Role

As a Design Intern at Nackiye, you'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the design process. You'll support the team with research, development, and sample follow-up while learning how a high-end fashion brand operates from the inside out.

Responsibilities

Support the design team throughout the full collection development process, from initial research to final sample Assist in researching seasonal trends, color palettes, materials, and visual references aligned with Nackiye's aesthetic Help prepare moodboards, sketches, and presentation documents for internal reviews and design development Assist in sourcing and organizing fabrics, trims, and other materials; maintain the physical and digital archive Support the creation and editing of technical drawings, spec sheets, and sample request forms using Illustrator Participate in fittings and sample reviews; take notes, prepare fitting comments, and follow up on required adjustments Coordinate with pattern makers, ateliers, and production team to track sample status and ensure timelines are met Assist with showroom and campaign shoot preparation, including packing, organizing, and styling samples Contribute to day-to-day team support, including communication across departments, file organization, and admin tasks

Requirements

Recently graduated in Fashion Design or a related field Strong interest in contemporary womenswear and craftsmanship Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Fluent in English

Please note that the company's office is located in London. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Istanbul for short stays during seasonal preparation periods.
