Design Manager

to lead on

structural packages

, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and buildability on this flagship scheme.

Data Centres are unique - but you don't need direct sector experience to make an impact. If you've worked on complex

commercial, life sciences, healthcare, or industrial schemes

, your skills in managing structural packages and navigating fast-paced delivery environments will transfer seamlessly.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Managing structural design packages from early engagement through to handover Leading reviews, resolving technical queries, and ensuring statutory compliance Optimising designs for buildability, sustainability, and safety Collaborating with architects, engineers, and specialist contractors Supporting site delivery teams with technical excellence and assurance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Degree (or equivalent) in Structural/Civil Engineering or related discipline 5+ years' design management experience, ideally chartered or working towards Proven track record of managing structural packages on major projects Ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders, and manage design risk Flexibility and drive to thrive in a

data-led, fast-moving sector
