Do you come from a design management background within the construction industry and have experience working on the design management of fit-out and refurbishment-based projects?
In this role, you will work to manage design projects for commercial fit-outs from concept through to completion within a company who are passionate about continued growth and further employee development.
The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chip clients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarily for clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, offices and more.
This role would suit an experienced designer or design manager from a construction-related sector looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:
- Managing construction refurbishment and fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Working with commercial clients such as; Offices, Student Accommodation,
- Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Technical reviews, Risk management, site visits, project evaluations, leading teams, design compliance and much more.
- Days Based (Monday - Friday) (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- 3-4 days in the office in Milton Keynes on average with one day visit to client sites across the UK.
- Long-term permanent role
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar level role
- Design background
- Any previous experience in one or more of the following industries will be considered beneficial: Commercial, Offices, Accommodation, Students' Accommodation, Hotels or similar.
- Driving license
- Looking for a long-term permanent position
