Job Summary

We are looking for a

Design & Marketing Assistant

to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's passionate about both creative design and digital marketing, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with our Senior Designer and Digital Marketing Executive to create impactful visual assets that support brand across digital and print channels.

What You'll Do

Support our

Senior Designer

across a variety of creative projects including:

Designing brochures and printed materials Creating social media graphics and digital campaigns Generating PowerPoint presentations and internal documents Editing basic video projects
Support our

Digital Marketing Executive

across a variety of marketing activities, including:

Scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across social media platforms Assisting in writing marketing copy and case studies for the website Updating and maintaining website content and assets Ensuring brand consistency across all visual and written materials Contributing ideas and helping to solve creative challenges

What We're Looking For

A degree or BTEC/Diploma/A-Level in graphic design or equivalent relevant experience

Confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud

(particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Microsoft 365 Familiarity and basic understanding of using AI tools for creative and marketing tasks (ChatGPT, or similar) Basic knowledge with content scheduling tools or CMS platforms (WordPress, Hootsuite, or similar) (bonus, not essential) Good understanding of digital formats for web and social media Basic understanding of SEO and analytics (bonus, not essential) Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or mobile video tools (bonus, not essential) Organised, detail-driven communicator and team player with a positive mindset Enthusiastic about digital marketing, and exploring new ideas in design, branding, and technology

Pay: 20,000.00-23,000.00 per year
