We're looking for a

Design Project Manager

to support our Design Manager and wider Design Team in delivering high-quality housing schemes that align with our ambitious business plan. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping communities and making a real difference.

This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role comes with Agile Working.

What you will be doing:

Supporting the Design Manager and Pre-Construction team to progress scheme designs through to handover to the Delivery Team. Leading the design process through planning stages to secure permissions. Assessing new business opportunities and contributing to feasibility studies. Using relevant software to support technical assessments and design development.

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

A background in architecture and a solid understanding of the housing development sector. Strong technical appraisal skills, including reviewing reports on drainage, ecology, highways, and ground investigations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop. Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, with a degree or professional membership in architecture (or equivalent). A full, valid UK driving licence.
