Are you passionate about construction design and ready to take on a dynamic role in a growing company? Our client is a Timber Frame manufacture who are seeking a passionate Design Technician to join their team.
Whether you have recently graduated or you are an experienced timber frame designer, if you have the skills and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities as a Design Technician:
- Effectively manage a project throughout the construction phase.
- Design bespoke timber frame drawings in line with company standards.
- Produce scheduling reports for materials and accurate risk assessments.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the rest of the company, through coordination of site and factory workers.
- AutoCAD and Revit skills.
- Experience or passion for timber is desired.
- Degree in Architecture, Project management or other construction equivalents.
- Ambitious and determination with a growth mindset.
