About the role

As the Brand Experience and Design Lead at Reckitt, you'll be the visionary who transforms strategy into compelling design narratives. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of creatives and play a pivotal role in evolving the visual language of a dynamic, purpose-led company. Your designs will not just be seen -- they'll be felt, bringing our brand's ethos into the lives of consumers worldwide.


Your responsibilities

Guide your team to translate our brand vision into design assets that resonate across all touchpoints. Mentor and oversee the design team's creative process, ensuring the brand strategy is interwoven into every asset. Manage and deliver projects with punctuality, adhering to both artistic and business goals. Advocate for design excellence and efficiency, finessing the balance between in-house and agency resources. Collaborate with various teams, enhancing our brand's story with your design expertise. Evaluate and enhance design projects, instilling a culture of ongoing refinement and innovation.


The experience we're looking for

Proven track record with global brands, adapting designs for diverse markets. Background in agency or distinguished brand roles, reflecting a versatile design approach. Strong portfolio illustrating in-depth design proficiency and a keen eye for detail. Experience in leading design teams with inspiration and strategy-focused guidance. Exceptional communication capabilities, able to effectively share concepts with stakeholders. Proficiency in up-to-the-minute design tools and methodologies. A firm grasp of brand strategy, digital marketing, and an understanding of the FMCG / consumer health sector.
