The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a

Designer

to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!


Reporting into our Head of Creative, you'll play a key role in shaping and elevating our group of brands across a mix of digital and print projects (roughly 80/20 split). From social assets and digital campaigns to OOH, POS and event creative, you'll bring our brand vision to life with work that's both engaging and commercially smart.


You'll also help evolve our design formats and responsive templates, while supporting the Head of Creative in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. If you've got a flair for animation and video editing too, even better!


You'll work closely with teams across Production, Brand, CRM and Marketing to deliver high-quality creative that not only looks great but drives results.

Bring seasonal campaigns to life across digital and print channels Design multi-channel creative from concept to delivery, tailored to different platforms and environments Create on-brand, engaging design solutions that drive conversion Build and maintain responsive templates and creative libraries, especially for CRM Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and helping evolve our design guidelines Keep up with industry trends and share fresh ideas with the team Contribute to brainstorms and campaign planning with creative input Collaborate across teams to deliver standout, commercially effective creative
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ.

About you:





We're looking for someone with a strong background in graphic design, particularly within email and retail campaign creative. You'll need to be confident working at pace, balancing creativity with commercial awareness, and collaborating across teams. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but experience and skillset matter most.



Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on email and retail campaigns Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of responsive design and digital template creation Experience with email platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo) Ability to deliver multiple high-quality designs under tight deadlines Knowledge of email accessibility standards and UX best practices Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Animation and basic video editing skills (preferred) Experience using Figma, especially for template creation (preferred) Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com (preferred)
