The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a creative, fast-moving video editor/motion-focused designer with a strong eye for social storytelling. If you thrive in high-energy environments, love shaping narratives for social communities, and know how to design for impact across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond, this is the role for you.
You'll join a collaborative design department made up of designers, editors, animators, art directors, and content creators. Along with your team of dedicated designers and art workers, you'll produce best-in-class content for one of the world's largest video game brands.
What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere
Produced high-quality short- and long-form video content for social platforms, edited and sometimes shot using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Delivered compelling motion graphics, animated assets, and dynamic edits aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Successfully integrated gameplay capture with stills, video, and mixed media for cohesive storytelling
Designed mid- to high-lift static assets by combining key art, stock imagery, and custom captures
Applied refined typographic and layout skills across both motion and static deliverables
Managed multiple fast-paced production timelines while maintaining creative quality under pressure
Consistently ensured all assets adhered to brand guidelines, technical specs, and platform standards while remaining visually engaging and on-brief
Maintained clear and collaborative communication with producers, designers, project managers, and client service teams
Contributed proactively to team brainstorms with fresh visual techniques and social-first ideas to push creative boundaries
Provided creative feedback and quality control across the broader team's work to ensure consistency and innovation
What Else Are We Looking For?
Strong experience in video editing and motion design, especially for social platforms
Proven track record of designing for digital content in still, video, and motion
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop essential)
Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices
An eye for detail and the ability to self-edit
Organised, fast, and responsive, with a solution-first mindset
Clear communicator and confident working independently or as part of a team
Bonus: Experience localising content across markets, a love/understanding of video game culture, experience managing/overseeing junior members of the team
