Every role here plays a part in driving our mission forward, and we create an environment where you can bring your authentic self, grow a truly characterful career, and see the direct impact of your work on the lives of our customers.

We've carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we're looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. If you love accountability, embrace challenge, and want to make a real difference, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for a Designer! Joining our Marketing team and reporting into our Senior Manager - Creative Design, you'll be a key player in our in-house creative team, from concept to completion, you'll design stunning, brand-led communications that captivate our audience and deliver real results.

What you'll be doing:

Design and develop visually engaging, on-brand templates and campaigns that support business objectives, enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Own the end-to-end email design process from initial concepts and wireframes to final build-ready assets. Maintain, evolve and build a flexible component-based email design system in Figma, ensuring templates are accessible, responsive, and adaptable to various use cases. Stay up to date with email marketing trends, technologies, and compliance standards (including accessibility, deliverability, and GDPR). Collaborate with the CME teams to support A/B testing and optimization, utilizing performance for ongoing creative iterations and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience designing high-quality creative within a marketing environment. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma, with a solid understanding of component-based systems and design documentation. Deep understanding of responsive email design, with the ability to create layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices, screen sizes, and email clients. Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, responsive design, accessibility standards, and branding principles. Experience working with ESPs (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, etc.) and understanding the limitations and opportunities of HTML email design. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A portfolio packed with elegantly crafted and strategically thoughtful campaign work, particularly in email design.

Why Compare the Market?

We're a business built for pace and performance. Here, you'll be encouraged to think differently, act boldly, and deliver brilliantly in a culture that values results and rewards progress.

We believe diverse teams make better decisions, and we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive.

If you're ready to stretch yourself, raise the bar, and grow with a team that's serious about performance, innovation, and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
