: Exciting opportunity to build a Commodity Options Desk within a highly successful Equity Options business at a leading international firm. Benefit from the industry's best payout structure for Options Traders.Key Responsibilities
:Build and lead a Commodity Options Desk from the ground up. Collaborate with the Equity Options business to utilize existing systems and processes for the Commodity Options business. Drive the desk to generate $10-$30M in PnL/year Recruit and develop a team of traders to scale the desk's operations.
Qualifications
:Proven experience in building a commodity options desk generating $10M+ in PnL. Recent track record of consistent success in the field.
