We are looking for a Clinic Administrator and front desk head receptionist to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to the medical staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
Manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain records of patient care, billing, and other administrative activities.
Provide customer service to patients and their families.
Develop and manage budgets for the clinic.
The rate of pay will be dependant on competences and relevant experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Freelance
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
