Role Overview



The Desktop Support Administrator will be based at our Redhill site in Surrey site and provide comprehensive IT desktop support across all EMEA locations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.

Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and system upgrades.

Deliver remote support to users across multiple locations.

Configure and maintain desktop environments to ensure continuous user functionality.

Participate actively in team discussions and knowledge sharing.

Assist in developing IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

Create and maintain documentation for all IT systems and processes.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in desktop support.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create clear work instructions.

Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Previous experience in a customer support role.

Highly motivated and results-driven.

Technical Requirements



CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11.

Experience in network troubleshooting and basic configuration.

Proficiency with remote desktop support tools and techniques.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based applications.

Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems for mobile device support.

Networking experience for desktop troubleshooting.

Location: Redhill, Surrey UK



Travel: Occasional travel to other EMEA sites required.
