Job Description

The Desktop Support will be responsible for managing IT equipment, fulfilling work and shipping orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. This includes handling, tracking, and maintaining IT assets accurately within the Asset Management system.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle IT hardware and accessories for installation, maintenance, and shipping. Maintain and update Asset Management systems and stock records. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements:



Knowledge of asset management systems and IT peripherals. Ability to work independently and within a team. Basic troubleshooting or technical knowledge is a plus. Eligible to work full-time in the UK.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: 1,700.00-2,000.00 per month
