Despatch Administrator

Job Description



You will be working in the Aerospace Industry.

This is a full time permanent position within a busy Despatch Office where you will be dealing with but not limited to

Raising paperwork, invoices and purchase orders for customer orders, some export and Imports, and UK shipments. (training given)

Job Role



Your role will include:

Creating stock pick lists

Creating COC's

Creating Invoices

Creating Purchase Orders

Stock Control

Answering Telephone

General Admin including filing documents and scanning

Creating Packing / shipping Lists and any additional documents required

Schedule carriers for customer collections either via their own portals, by phone or email after training

Request freight quotations

Ideal Requirements



Import / export knowledge preferred, but not essential.

Knowledge of MS Office incl excel is essential.

Education



GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English

No Remote Working



Hours of Work

Mon - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm

Friday 8am - 3.30pm

Salary above minimum wage but to be negotiated based on experience
