Brown Brothers in Kirkconnel are currently looking for a full-time Despatch Administrator. The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 6.00am - 2.00pm Sunday. The rate of pay is 13.10 per hour once fully trained.

Job Purpose

To produce delivery notes for customers in an accurate and timely fashion to allow the driver to meet his book in/delivery times.

Generate Aldi ASN labels from HOS system on a Sunday

Generate ASN labels for other customers from Browns System

Book slots for customer to receive there orders .

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will require to be computer literate however full training will be given on the company's SAGE AND SQL1

The successful candidate will require to raise delivery notes from worksheets ensuring that all information included on the delivery note is accurate and ready in time for the order to be despatched. The successful candidate will also be required to check the truck sheets to ensure that the case count is correct per the worksheet and delivery note.

Other general admin duties and willingness to assist on production lines as and when required.

The successful candidate will require to have flexibility to cover for Dayshift and Backshift Despatch Administrators during holidays and periods of sickness.

Hours of Work

9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 6.00am - 2.00pm Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
