The Despatch Administrator role is significant to the goods out process. Providing administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Managing bookings, stock files and day-to-day support in the despatch office.
Main Responsibilities
Answering the phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
Liaising with suppliers, haulers & 3PL storage companies
Prepare paperwork for operational team and dispatch orders from system
Track inventory and report results.
Maintain incumbent finished goods stock.
Support stock control team with responsibilities as/when required.
Performing other duties as assigned
Key Result Areas:
Customer/supplier relations
Inventory & PI accuracy
Extract data from System 21 then provide reports to Supply Chain and finance.
Previous Experience (required to perform duties satisfactorily)
Experience within a fast-moving chilled environment.
Computer literate (Excel, Email, Data Entry)
To demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to procedures.
Customer Communication & Support
Experience of understanding and delivering KPI's.
