Main Purpose and Context of the Job



The Despatch Administrator role is significant to the goods out process. Providing administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Managing bookings, stock files and day-to-day support in the despatch office.

Main Responsibilities



Answering the phone and responding to client requests and inquiries. Liaising with suppliers, haulers & 3PL storage companies Prepare paperwork for operational team and dispatch orders from system Track inventory and report results. Maintain incumbent finished goods stock. Support stock control team with responsibilities as/when required. Performing other duties as assigned

Key Result Areas:



Customer/supplier relations Inventory & PI accuracy Extract data from System 21 then provide reports to Supply Chain and finance.

Previous Experience (required to perform duties satisfactorily)



Experience within a fast-moving chilled environment. Computer literate (Excel, Email, Data Entry) To demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to procedures. Customer Communication & Support Experience of understanding and delivering KPI's.
