, we design and manufacture advanced exhaust after-treatment systems that help reduce emissions from heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Our products support initiatives like London's Ultra Low Emission Zone and Clean Air Zones across the country.

We're now looking for a proactive and detail-driven

Despatch Coordinator

to manage the logistics that keep our clean air mission moving.

What You'll Be Doing:

Efficiently coordinate customer order despatches to meet OTIF targets and exceed satisfaction goals Liaise with freight companies to ensure timely and compliant delivery Plan and manage current and upcoming capacity demands Uphold quality and compliance standards (including Brexit documentation and trade controls) Digitally manage all paperwork and shipping process documentation Collaborate with production teams on continuous improvement efforts Support inbound transport and contribute to supplier audits

What You'll Bring:

Strong organisational and coordination skills Experience in logistics, transport or despatch (preferably in a manufacturing environment) Ability to manage compliance, stock accuracy, and trade documentation A proactive mindset and a team player attitude
