We're now looking for a

Despatch Co-ordinator

to join our growing team in

Huntingdon

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of logistics and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily and weekly despatch schedules for all outgoing orders Ensure all products are packaged, labelled, and documented accurately Liaise with the production, planning, and transport teams to meet delivery deadlines Manage relationships with drivers and transport providers Maintain despatch records, delivery notes, and tracking information Conduct final quality checks to ensure orders are complete before despatch Support warehouse organisation and inventory management

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a despatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination role (manufacturing experience preferred) Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP or despatch systems Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Forklift licence or willingness to train (advantageous but not essential)
