Job Description

We are looking for a Despatch Operative to

join our team.

As a Despatch Operative, you will play a critical role in the logistics and supply chain operations of our aerospace engineering company.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, packaging, and despatch of aircraft parts and components via road and ocean freight, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer requirement.

Although we are seeking an experienced candidate, it is not essential. For the right candidate that posses the right capabilities, positive attitude, and willingness to learn training shall be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties.

Prepare and package aircraft parts for shipment in accordance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
Generate and verify shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.

Conduct quality checks to ensure parts are correctly labelled, securely packed, and meet customer specifications. Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, export control regulations, and health & safety policies. Assist with inventory control, stock movements, and general warehouse duties as required.
