Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Despatch Operative to join our warehouse team at Flair Window Installations in Minworth. This role is vital in supporting our production and distribution processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Working hours

- Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Fridays 6.30am to 2.45pm

Responsibilities

Manage stock levels using warehouse management systems. Handle materials efficiently to support production needs. Assist with loading and unloading shipments. Prepare orders through picking and packing activities. Maintain safety standards during heavy lifting and material handling. Support shipping & receiving operations to ensure accuracy. Keep the factory organized and clean to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

Familiarity with warehouse management systems. Strong materials handling skills. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Good organizational skills for stocking and order preparation.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
