We're currently looking for

motivated and reliable Despatch Operatives

to join our team. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced, cold environment, working alongside our active Abattoir during the slaughtering and de-boning process.

Key Responsibilities:

Decanting frozen trays, stacking pallets, and wrapping for dispatch Manual handling and movement of products Scanning items using our internal system Cleaning chillers and maintaining hygiene standards Conducting quality checks based on customer specifications Organising and preparing orders to meet customer requirements

What You'll Bring:

Essential:

Experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse/despatch environment Basic understanding of manual handling, food safety, and quality control

Desirable:

Previous experience in the meat industry Familiarity with food safety standards and quality checking procedures

Work Pattern:

Standard shifts across 5 out of 7 days, typically Monday to Friday Working hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (excluding breaks) Flexibility required for occasional weekend shifts
