Despatch Operator
Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Salary: 12.21 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 - 13:00
Are you an experienced administrator with a current FLT licence and a hands-on approach to your work? Join our growing team in Stourport-on-Severn as a Despatch Operator!
What You'll Do:
- Manage despatch operations, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Carry out administrative tasks related to stock control and despatch records
- Use Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and reports
- Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently
- Support a physically active role that includes manual handling and warehouse work
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an admin-based role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid and up-to-date FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Early finish on Fridays
