Job Description

We are looking for a

reliable and hardworking Despatch Operator

to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the

efficient and accurate preparation and dispatch of goods

, maintaining clear records, and supporting internal departments as required. The role may also involve assisting with

local deliveries

, providing a timely and professional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time Create shipping labels and complete dispatch documentation Liaise with couriers and transport companies to coordinate shipments Maintain accurate stock and dispatch records Support local deliveries as required

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics role (preferred) Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic IT skills for inventory and dispatch systems A valid driving licence (advantageous, for delivery support)
