Pret-a-Portrait, a leading school photography company, proudly provides outstanding images to over 15 countries worldwide from our scenic rural offices in Hertfordshire. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and meticulous individuals to join our despatch department on a temporary basis from August to December to assist the team in our busy season processing a wide variety of individual school pictures.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as a Despatch/Post Room Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of prints products and frames. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting will be crucial in ensuring that all items are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Preparing items for shipping or internal distribution. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Maintain an organised post room environment, ensuring all items are stored correctly and efficiently. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks as required.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
