Shaken Cow are looking for Mixers and Shakers to become part of Hertfordshire Premier Milk bar Chain.

We are looking for Reliable, friendly and hardworking individuals to become part of our team.

In this role you will assist management in the daily running of the store.

Full training will be provided so you can create the most Amazin' Tastin' Shakes, Smoothies and desserts around.

Daily Duties involved:

-Making the best Shakes, Smoothies and desserts on the market

-Being part of a friendly and fun team

-Creating a welcoming and happy atmosphere for our fans and team members

-Keeping the store stocked, cleaned and organised

-Opening and closing of store

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday between the hours 9.00-1900, and are perfect for College and Uni Students as they can fit around your studies.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve delicious milkshakes, smoothies, and hot chocolate.

Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor. Assist in the training of new staff members as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and ideas.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Culinary experience is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Call-To-Action
