We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Manage and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the establishment. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Implement training programs for new employees, focusing on culinary skills and hospitality standards. Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food production. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Background in food safety regulations and practices. Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking, serving, and barista skills, is advantageous. Previous experience in restuarant or catering environments is desirable but not essential.
