Development Coach: Skills Bootcamp Specialist (EYE Focused)

Central London / Remote Hybrid (within London travel zones)

Development Coach

to join our dynamic team,

specialising

in the delivery and assessment of government-funded

Skills Bootcamps

focused on high-demand sectors, particularly those benefiting from

Early Years Education (EYE) expertise

.

This is more than a coaching role; you will be the cornerstone of our learners' success, ensuring they gain the practical skills and recognised qualifications needed for immediate employment in the London area.

What You'll Deliver



Expert Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-intensity training sessions for adult learners across 16+ and professional pathways.

Skills Assessment:

Conduct robust assessment and moderation activities, ensuring all learners meet the stringent standards required for nationally recognised qualifications.

Curriculum Leadership:

Contribute to the continuous improvement and

localisation

of bootcamp content to meet the specific needs of London employers.

Coaching & Mentoring:

Provide 1:1 and group coaching, supporting learners in developing job search skills, interview techniques, and professional

behaviour

.

The Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must-Haves)



To be successful in this specialised role, you

must

meet the following qualification and experience criteria:

1. Essential Qualifications



Assessing Qualification:

Hold a

CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement)

or equivalent assessor award.

Teaching Qualification:

Hold a recognised full

Teaching Qualification

(e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DET) or equivalent, demonstrating mastery of adult teaching methodologies.

2. Industry Experience



Proven EYE Experience:

Significant, recent experience working within or delivering training related to

Early Years Education (EYE)

, child development, or related care/education sectors. You must be able to translate real-world industry demands into engaging training content.
