Now, we're on the hunt for a

Development Lead

to drive our technical strategy, lead our development team, and push the boundaries of what's possible in the HubSpot ecosystem and beyond. This role reports directly to the

Managing Director

and will have a significant influence on the future of our business.

The Role


As our Head of Technology & Development, you will be a senior leader responsible for overseeing our development function, managing in-house developers and external contractors, and spearheading technological innovation.

You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digital solutions, including websites, automation, and AI-driven tools, while ensuring best practices in development, security, and performance.

You will collaborate with our creatives, strategists, and CRM specialists to deliver exceptional products and services for high-profile clients. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision, ensuring that Heyoo remains at the forefront of digital development. Importantly, you will still be hands-on with coding and solution delivery, leading from the front while guiding the team towards excellence.

Key responsibilities



Technology leadership, setting and executing the development strategy for web & CRM projects as well as custom integrations and APIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs HubSpot expertise, leveraging your deep knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem to deliver innovative industry-focused solutions and complex integrations for unique client requirements AI & emerging tech thought leader, exploring and implementing generative and agentic AI solutions to enhance our offerings Team management, leading, mentoring and scaling our team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning Project delivery management, overseeing technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards Full-stack development, leading by example and actively coding, contributing to the development of custom websites, applications, and integrations using WordPress, PHP (Laravel), ReactJS, VueJS, and other technologies API & Integrations, developing and managing third-party API integrations, enhancing system functionality Security & performance, ensuring robust security practices, scalable infrastructure, and optimal site performance, leading us towards key credentials including SOC II Stakeholder communication, working closely with clients, explaining technical solutions in clear, non-technical terms and leading with a personal brand Innovation & best practices, staying ahead of the latest development trends and implement best practices to keep Heyoo front and centre of our industry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
