Development Project Manager - Onshore Wind - South England
Location: England (Hybrid Working Model) - bi-weekly travel to London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Project Manager to lead the development of large-scale Onshore Wind projects across the UK. This role is ideal for a highly organised and motivated individual with a strong background in utility-scale wind development. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of onshore wind projects from early-stage through to Ready-to-Build (RTB), including planning, legal, technical layout, ecology, and community engagement.
Appoint and manage internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Utilise project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to coordinate tasks, budgets, and timelines, including GANTT chart and budget reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as landowners, agents, solicitors, planners, and community groups.
Take a proactive role in community engagement, addressing concerns with empathy and clarity.
Provide monthly progress reports to senior management, including updates on development expenditure and risk assessments.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years' experience in utility-scale onshore wind development project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to project delivery.
Proficient in MS Office and MS Project, with confidence in presenting project progress.
Commercially astute with an understanding of how development decisions impact project value.
Educated to Bachelor's degree level in a relevant field.
