This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a tech business that's scaling steadily and smartly, backed by strong values, solid investment, and a clear product mission.
You'll join a team that takes pride in building clean, reliable code and doing things properly, not cutting corners. Their platform supports retail operations at scale, and it's growing in complexity and capability.
What they need now is a skilled Development Team Lead to help keep engineering standards high, support and guide the team, and ensure what gets shipped is robust, scalable, and fit for purpose.
This isn't a people manager role in name only. You'll be responsible for leading a team, owning their workload, mentoring them, supporting their professional development, and keeping everything on track.
You'll be working closely with the Software Development Manager, DevOps, QA and Product colleagues, with plenty of opportunity to shape how delivery and release processes evolve as the platform expands.
