Job Description

We are seeking a

DevOps / Architect

with deep expertise in

AWS

and cloud-native infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building reliable CI/CD pipelines, optimizing infrastructure costs, and ensuring developer tools and services integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. This role requires strong collaboration and documentation skills to support distributed teams across time zones.

Core Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage

scalable CI/CD pipelines

for large, distributed engineering organizations. Architect and maintain

AWS-based infrastructure

, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Drive

infrastructure cost optimization strategies

while balancing performance and availability. Create and maintain clear

documentation

for globally distributed teams.

Core Required Skills

5+ years

in cloud/DevOps with strong expertise in

AWS services and architecture

. Proven experience implementing

CI/CD pipelines at scale

. Strong skills in

documentation and collaboration

for distributed teams. Demonstrated success with

infrastructure cost optimization

Critical Gaming Context

Understanding of

variable, high-intensity load patterns

common in gaming development cycles (crunch periods, major releases). Awareness that

developer tools must scale efficiently

without impacting core game development infrastructure. Knowledge that

gaming teams are cost-sensitive

, requiring tools and infrastructure to show clear ROI.

Preferred Gaming Skills

Prior

gaming industry infrastructure

experience. Familiarity with

console development environments

. Experience managing

live service infrastructure
