We're hiring for a

DevRel Community Manager

to partner with a leading global technology giant and elevate their developer relations across the UK, Ireland and France locations.


This is a hybrid role with events being held in London and Paris so flexibility to travel is important.

Responsibilities



Manage relationships with and foster the creation of inclusive local developer communities, both formal and informal Meet with local developers, promoting the clients' technologies to them Drive scaled approach to train more developers across UK, Ireland and France Represent the Developer Ecosystem in local site community Drive local developer activity while positioning the client as a thought leader Host online or in-person summits and events for program members in your region Participate in cross-functional projects to support the Global Developer Ecosystem team Support Developer Ecosystem's programs at local community events Identify community needs, key industry trends, insights and proactively develop strategies to best satisfy them

Requirements



At least 3 years' experience within Project/Program Management Strong experience with running a Developer Community either as an event organizer or active participant Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French Experience with conference presentations or public speaking Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with virtual, international teams Proficiency working with Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)

Nice to have



Technical background or affinity for technology Understanding of the startup ecosystem is a plus An understanding of online/hybrid/offline event management best practices
