Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

DHI Implanter

to join our hair transplant team. This role involves performing

Direct Hair Implantation (DHI)

using specialised implanter pens under the supervision of a GMC-registered clinician. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, a strong aesthetic eye, and a commitment to patient care and clinical standards.

Duties

Perform DHI implantation using implanter pens, placing grafts with precision and natural angling Assist with graft preparation and handling during hair transplant procedures Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols Support the surgical team during FUE extraction (if trained) Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure Document procedure details and assist with post-op instructions Ensure treatment areas are clean, compliant, and well-stocked Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in DHI or FUE hair transplant procedures Certification or training in DHI technique (DHI Academy or equivalent preferred) Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Strong understanding of hair direction, density planning, and implantation angles Professional, calm, and patient-focused approach Ability to work under supervision of a GMC-registered clinician Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
