Location: UK & Ireland (base in Harley Street, London or Manchester preferred with flexibility for travel and working).

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to improve our brand voice and deepen connections with our audience across platforms.

Role Summary



The Social Media Coordinator will manage and grow Vinci Hair Clinic's social media presence in the UK and Ireland. This includes planning and scheduling content, engaging with followers, collaborating with clinic teams nationwide, and supporting influencer campaigns and paid ads. This role is instrumental in driving brand visibility, increasing engagement, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities Content Calendar & Execution



Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars for all regions (UK and Ireland).

Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and treatment priorities (HT, MSP, PRP, SMP, etc.).

Creative Content Support

Work with designers, videographers, and external agencies to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

Curate UGC, before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and clinic highlights.

Support the rollout of promotional offers and product launches.

Community Management

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers across all platforms.

Flag potential leads to sales teams and track clinic mentions and reviews.

Support CRM integration for lead nurturing via social platforms.

Influencer & Collaboration Support

Assist in managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.

Coordinate campaigns and track engagement metrics and ROI.

Open Day Coordination & Strategic Mapping

Build and execute open days across clinics in the UK & Ireland to showcase Vinci services and build trust with potential clients.

Map, coordinate and align open day events across clinics to ensure regional coverage, maximise brand exposure, and increase footfall.

Partner with external marketing and promotional companies to boost event visibility, generate leads, and enhance local reputation.

Performance & Analytics



Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports (growth, reach, engagement, CTR, lead conversion).

Identify trends, competitor activity, and areas for improvement.

Recommend A/B tests and creative strategies to optimise performance.

Brand Alignment



Ensure all content is consistent with Vinci Hair Clinic's global brand guidelines.

Support localisation efforts while maintaining brand coherence across markets.

Requirements



3+ years of experience in a social media role (healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors preferred).

Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing basics.

Strong copywriting skills and understanding of platform-specific tones.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Highly organised, deadline-driven, and proactive.

Passion for aesthetics, confidence-building, and the beauty/medical space.

Nice to Have



Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Knowledge of CRM systems and lead funnels.

Understanding of SEO and email marketing basics.
