Job Title: D-Wall Construction Manager
Location: Sizewell, Suffolk, UK
Project: Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station
Salary: Six-figure base salary plus benefits to include generous accommodation allowance paid monthly, car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, 26 days holidays + more!

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Diaphragm Wall Construction Manager to lead and coordinate the diaphragm wall construction works on the Sizewell C project. This is a key site-based leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all D-Wall activities in alignment with project schedules, technical specifications, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and manage daily D-Wall construction activities on-site.
  • Oversee specialist equipment, plant, and resources to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with project design and quality requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and lead toolbox talks.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and identify and resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to ensure milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent on Diaphragm wall or major Foundations/Ground Engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of D-Wall construction techniques, equipment, and QA/QC standards.
  • Solid knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and site practices.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
