About the Role
As a Diary Assistant in the Chairman's Office, you will:
Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Duties include but are not limited to:
Diary support: General support for the Chairman's diary. This includes scheduling and rearranging face-to-face meetings, Zoom calls, and phone calls, as well as liaising with the Chairman's driver and keeping him updated on any diary changes.
Printing, preparing briefings, and presentations.
Making arrangements for business travel and accommodation, liaising with our third-party travel agent, and ensuring coordination with the relevant Brunswick offices.
Organising events, both internal and external, led by the Chairman's Office.
Responding to invitations, including drafting responses.
Booking rooms, restaurants, and transport.
Handling ad hoc project work.
Providing ad hoc personal support.
What We're Looking For
