At Midland Regional Printers Ltd, we are currently seeking an experienced Die Cutting Operator to work alongside our growing team.

13 starting hourly rate (depending on experience) - plus shift rate of 20% for double day shilfts.

This is double day shift working - potentially three shift working in the future.

We will require the following from the ideal candidate:-

A proven background of setting, running and maintaining Sanwa Die Cutting machines. Experience of Embossing and debossing cartons. Knowledge of safety, quality and continuous improvement techniques. The ability to carry out day to day maintenance of the machines. Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Have the ability to problem solve Be able to work with minimal supervision Have good organisational and self-motivational skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail A flexible attitude towards working is a must The ability to work overtime when required
As you will be working closely with our Production Department, you will also be a good communicator as well as a key Team player. You will be literate, enthusiastic and have the ability to produce top quality results, working to tight deadlines.

This vacancy is for working on a double day shift system and the position is available for immediate start.
